INSTANT DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

I paid for my book and nothing happened! - You did not receive the download page.

If you went through Pay Pal's secure processor and did not get a download page for an INSTANT DOWNLOAD book at the completion of your transaction, here are some possible reasons and what you can do.

UNAUTHENTICATED MAILING ADDRESS:
If you choose not to give PAY PAL the address where your credit card statement is sent to, it may cause Pay Pal to "red flag" your shipment of goods. Put simply, it means that Pay Pal flags you as a "high risk" buyer. When this happens we are required to personally go into our account and "OK" your order. Saying that we will accept payment from this "risky" customer. (Their policy folks not ours!) We will receive a notice of "pending payment" from Pay Pal (usually but sometimes they slip up and don't sent it.) If you did not get the Download page for your instant book, e-mail us at once. Put "Download Problem" in the subject box and type in your NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS and the name of the book or books you ordered in the body of the letter. When we receive your e-mail we will go up and "accept" your funds through Pay Pal and we will send you the download link. DO NOT ORDER AGAIN THROUGH PAY PAL OR YOU WILL BE BILLED TWICE FOR THE SAME BOOK! To e-mail us now click here: E-Publisher@integritytech.com

UNAUTHENTICATED ADDRESS OR FUNDS OUTSIDE THE USA:

Pay Pal currently accepts credit card payments from over 57 overseas countries. Overseas clients are required to join Pay Pal as a member (no fees or costs are involved). It might take 5 to 14 days for them to set up an account for you. This is a very difficult task for them as there is much to be done to match currency conversion rates and authenticate your address. After you are an approved member you can buy any book you want quickly and instantly. If you buy an e-book at the same time you set up your Pay Pal account the same thing will happen as above. I got the download page and lost it! - Lost download page.

INTERNET OR COMPUTER GREMLINS:

From time to time we have clients that sail through the Pay Pal process fine, get the download page and then for some reason, it it disappears. It could be that your computer locked up before or during downloading. It could be that Internet traffic is very high and the share band is so slow that the link is lost. Or you or a child, or cat could have hit a wrong key and the page blipped into cyberspace before you got done reading the download directions. If this has happened to you here is what you can do.

1. DO NOT GO BACK THROUGH PAY PAL TO GET THE LINK-YOU WILL BE CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME BOOK!
2. If you are reading this page just after you lost the download page, try hitting the back key a few times to see if it will return you to the download page.
3. If that doesn't work. Try clicking on your Internet "history" box (most have an arrow that allows you to click on and go back to places you have been). Look for a link that has the name of the book you ordered in. If you find it you can double click on that and it will take you back.
4. If you have tried all the above things and still can't get the download page back. E-Mail is at once and we will send you the link via e-mail. Put Download Problem in the subject box. TIPS:

1. For best download performance download your books right after you first sign onto the Internet and your history and Windows "back" log is fairly clear and not dragging a train of web site return addresses that could max out your RAM.
2. Clear your task bar. If you have 10 links down at the bottom of your screen, your RAM is nearly full and download may be impossible...your desk top is too full.
3. Avoid peak Internet hours in your area. For most of America peak Internet hours are between 3 PM (when kids get home from school and hit the Internet), at 6 PM the Internet gets very heavy when Dad's and Mom's hit the Internet after work. By about 9 PM things start to slack off a bit and this is a better time to download, before 3 PM or after 9 PM.

I downloaded my e-book fine but I have missing files or it says "corrupt sectors." - File corruptions.

DOWNLOADED FILE PROBLEMS

Usually this problem is caused by LAGS or hesitations in Internet service. When a file is downloaded over the Internet it is downloaded in BITS. By that I mean you get a BIT of the file and then other people get bits of their files and then you get a BIT more of your file and so it goes until you have the whole file. Sometimes when traffic is high or your server is not up to par, or doing work, you will get a scramble of information in your file or the server will hesitate so long that it "looses it's place" in the download process. This may give you error in "sectors" of your file or missing things in your file. If this happens try going back into your browser download files and try reinstalling the file. If you still end up with corruptions e-mail us and we will e-mail a fresh download link for that e-book. Click here: E-Publisher@integritytech.com

Also you may have tried to download a file that is not "right" for your computer. For example you may have a PC computer and try to download a MAC file...if you do this there is going to be hate and discontent in your computer. Your system may give you all kinds of error messages, it may lock up your computer if you try to open this file - Much like feeding a baby a vegetable it hates - it's going to spit it out all over you and close it's mouth (computer lock up.) To fix this delete the file at once even in download. E-mail us and we will send you a fresh link to the download page. Be sure to choose the right download link for your TYPE of computer. When I got to where the download page was supposed to be, it said: 404 Error No Such Page Found - Download page is missing 404 error.

404 MISSING PAGE ERROR:

If you get the 404 error it can mean one of 3 things. 1. You made an error in typing in the Internet address. To handle try a copy and paste command for the address string rather than typing it in yourself. Our download books have a long code string and they are very case sensitive. A slash, dot or capitalization out of place will get you this 404 error message.

How to Copy and Paste a code stringer or anything.

1. Put your cursor at the beginning of code you wish to copy.
2. While HOLDING DOWN the mouse "one click" select button and drag the cursor over the string. (If you accidently release the mouse button before your done, just click any where on the page and try again)
3. Release the mouse button when you come to the end. That area will be highlighted.
4. In the gray task bar above this screen click on "EDIT." A drop down screen will appear.
5. In the drop down screen click on "COPY." Nothing will happen but your string will be copied.
6. Place your cursor in any Internet access box and click once to set your cursor.
7. Go back to the "EDIT" box on the task bar, click to drop the screen.
8. Click on "PASTE" Your string will be automatically copied into the Internet box.
9. Click "Go" or just hit ENTER. This should take you to address instantly.

2. Your Internet service provider is down for Internet service. 3 OUR domain server may be down shorty for repairs or service.

From time to time all Internet service providers and domain providers must do updates, repairs and other work that may down PART of YOUR Internet access for a while. Not every system will give you a "TIMED OUT." error. Many will just give you a 404 page error. To test to see if it's our system or yours, you can type in a FRESH internet address (anything saved in history or in favorites will not work). If the new address does not work then it's your ISP that is down. If it does work then it may be that our domain is down. If this happens either way just wait for an hour and try again. If you have lost your download link just E-Mail us and we will send you a fresh link to your book. E-Publisher@integritytech.com

HELP! I lost my password! - File will not open - password requested.

LOST PASSWORD:

Integrity Tech Publishing protects each of its e-books with password and is linked to our special download file system. There is a different password for each book and these are changed often to protect our writer's books and copyrights. If you have lost your e-book password e-mail us and we will e-mail it to you after we do a quick check to see if we have a Pay Pay notification of payment statement on file. After we confirm that we will send your password right out to you. When will my shipped order arrive?

OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

Integrity Tech Publishing ships a number of things via snail mail to the US and Canada. These items may be books on diskette or CD or used or new books. We have a very strict policy that all shipped items must be shipped out in 3 to 5 days. Usually, the MAX amount of time for an order to be received is 15 days, some have received orders in as little as 5 days depending on how far you are from Florida. Over the holiday season it might take a little longer for delivery...but OUR shipments are always put in the mail in 3 to 5 days. We keep careful records of when and where our items were ordered and shipped, dates, times...everything. If you have ordered a shipped item and you have not received it in 15 days (normal) or 20 days holiday season (after December10th), please E-mail us and let us know. SHIPPED GOODS FROM OUR WRITERS:

Integrity Tech Publishing is extremely writer friendly. And there are special books offered here that are shipped by the writer directly to you. All writers here honor our 3 to 5 day shipping policy...it is CONDITIONAL for a listing from us. But from time to time there has been problems with paper publishers, delays in expected print dates, books packaging problems or tragic events in the writer's household that may delay your order. If it has been over 15 days or your order is well past the projected shipping date, you will need to contact that writer directly.
