Perk & Company has been in business since April 15, 1988 and have dealt with several of the major businesses in the state of Nebraska, including the State, Con Agra, Chief Ind., IBP, and American Tool Co.'s. Our #1 customer for the past 10 years has been Hughes Brothers in Seward. Everything on their roof is our products. We also have sold to several cities and around 50 school systems including UNL.

Perk & Company represents 8 manufactures with over 300 products for your facility maintenance. Products for roofing, flooring, walls (interior/exterior), ceilings, parking lots, equipment, decks, swimming pools, tennis courts, and tanks and piping. Major uses are for rust, water and sound- proofing; chemical, heat, abrasion, and corrosion resistance; specialty products for USDA, FDA, & NSF approvals, as well as insulating (25 dry mils is equivalent to an R-17), energy efficient, textured synthetic stucco and coatings products. We also carry products for emergency repair for the winter months, along with ice melt products good down to -59F.

If you need a product to clean silicone film, we have it. Looking for a corrosion resistant product that will control rust creepage and pass the ASTM-B117 2,000 salt spray test, stops electrolysis, needs no topcoat, NO SANDBLASTING, with very good chemical, heat and abrasion resistance and comes in 10 colors and in most container sizes, including aerosols. We are excellent reference sources for products, even if you might think there is no solution. We might surprise you. New Products like "Prep Step" cleans even "black" steel without sandblasting, and will increase weld strengths 40-60%; General Motors had a 60% increase on new metal and PSI tested over rusted metal still came up with a 43% increase in weld strength.
